{"id":40,"date":"2016-05-20T11:25:21","date_gmt":"2016-05-20T14:25:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.turismotoledo.com.br\/novo\/?page_id=40"},"modified":"2016-06-09T09:03:47","modified_gmt":"2016-06-09T12:03:47","slug":"bagagem-e-alfandega","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.turismotoledo.com.br\/novo\/pra-voce\/bagagem-e-alfandega\/","title":{"rendered":"Bagagem e Alf\u00e2ndega"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-245 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.turismotoledo.com.br\/novo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/bagagem_alfandega.jpg\" alt=\"bagagem_alfandega\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.turismotoledo.com.br\/novo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/bagagem_alfandega.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.turismotoledo.com.br\/novo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/bagagem_alfandega-272x182.jpg 272w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de bens levados na viagem<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta \u00e9 uma informa\u00e7\u00e3o que muitos brasileiros n\u00e3o sabem mas que pode evitar problemas na sua volta ao Brasil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todos os residentes no Brasil, em viagem tempor\u00e1ria ao exterior, que portarem como bagagem bens fabricados no exterior, que possam estar sujeitos ao pagamento de tributos quando retornarem ao Brasil, principalmente os de elevado valor, como notebooks, mp3 player, filmadoras, c\u00e2meras digitais, etc, devem declar\u00e1-los junto \u00e0 alf\u00e2ndega do aeroporto local de sa\u00edda do Pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para isso o mesmo deve preencher a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Sa\u00edda Tempor\u00e1ria de Bens (DST), que dever\u00e1 ser apresentada em duas vias, para assegurar o retorno desses bens sem pagamento de tributos, ainda que eles sejam portados por terceiros, independentemente do prazo de perman\u00eancia no exterior e das raz\u00f5es de sua sa\u00edda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vale lembrar que todos os bens declarados ser\u00e3o conferidos pelo agente da alf\u00e2ndega para confer\u00eancia dos dados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uma vez declarada a sua sa\u00edda, o viajante n\u00e3o precisa declarar esses bens \u00e0 Aduana ao retornar ao Pa\u00eds, mas ele precisa manter a DST em m\u00e3os, pois ela pode ser solicitada pela fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o no seu retorno ao pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A DST tem validade permanente, ou seja, a mesma DST pode ser utilizada em v\u00e1rias viagens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como este procedimento leva algum tempo e pode haver filas, chegue ao aeroporto internacional ao menos 3 horas antes de seu v\u00f4o internacional. Se o seu destino for os Estados Unidos, chegue 4 horas antes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Outra informa\u00e7\u00e3o importante, todo viajante que estiver saindo do Brasil portando valores em montante superior a R$ 10.000,00 ou o equivalente em moeda estrangeira, em esp\u00e9cie, cheques ou cheques de viagem (travelers checks), \u00e9 obrigado a apresentar a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o Eletr\u00f4nica de Porte de Valores (e-DPV), por meio da internet, e se apresentar \u00e0 fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o aduaneira do local de sa\u00edda do Pa\u00eds, para fins de confer\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se o viajante insistir em n\u00e3o declarar e levar este montante ou mais em dinheiro e tentar embarcar, voc\u00ea ser\u00e1 preso(a) por crime federal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P.S.
